We know we can't cover everything in that amount of time, so rather than a sweeping overview of the entire country we do our best to focus on the sweet spots -- the places we've discovered that reveal what is most striking and genuine about the land, culture, and people of Croatia. Our tours begin just north of Split, and from there we make our way down the Dalmatian Coast to the ancient city of Dubrovnik. Along the way, we take the scenic route: a charming fishing village on a tiny island full of vineyards and hidden swimming coves, oyster farms, the homes of friends who share tables piled with local food grown on their own land, and historic towns full of people with stories they're eager to tell.
